1-on-1 sessions
1-on-1 sessions offer a compassionate and supportive space to explore the inner world with curiosity and self-compassion. Grounded in the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), this approach gently supports individuals in connecting with their emotions, uncovering and releasing inner blocks, and accessing the internal resources needed for transformation.
In IFS, we recognize that each of us is made up of many different “parts”, each with its own perspective, feelings, and needs. You might notice a part of you that wants to stay busy and productive, another that longs to retreat from a world that can feel hectic and overwhelming, and one that simply wants to make space for creativity, away from pressure or expectation. Rather than seeing these parts as in conflict, we learn to listen to them with care and respect. Each one carries a story, and each is trying to help in its own way.
At the heart of this work is the creation of a safe, attuned, and respectful space where change can unfold at a natural pace, and where clarity, confidence, and self-trust can begin to take root.
I’m currently seeing a limited number of clients to allocate more time for my studies. More spaces will be opening up in fall 2025. If it feels right for you, I’d be happy to email you as the new openings become available.

For those who never feel “enough”
One-on-one sessions can be supportive for those who find themselves caught in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, or a constant sense of mental fatigue. You might struggle with focus, procrastination, burnout, or anxiety, pushing yourself to meet high standards while feeling like you’re never quite enough. Imposter syndrome may creep in, even when you’re objectively doing well. IFS-informed session offers a space to slow down and listen inward.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, perfectionism, or frustration in communication, 1-on-1 session helps you understand what’s driving these patterns such as the need to prove yourself, or the pressure to get everything right. As you gain more insight into what’s happening beneath the surface, it becomes possible to respond with more choice, compassion, and calm, even in high-pressure environments. Over time, this inner clarity and balance can naturally lead to greater focus, confidence, and improved performance on things that truly matter to you.

Trauma Informed
Somatic practices are integrated into sessions to support a sense of safety and embodied presence. The goal is to engage not just the mind, but the nervous system so that change can be felt, not just understood. Techniques like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), polyvagal-informed regulation, and principles from Nonviolent Communication (NVC) help increase body awareness, support emotional regulation, and create space for lasting integration.
About the Practitioner
Yuki’s path to IFS began after years of pushing herself beyond her limits as a software engineer.
She lived in her head, constantly reasoning through everything, trying to solve her struggles as if they were just another logic problem.
In doing so, she ignored the signals from her body. Brushing off exhaustion, stress, and discomfort, until burnout finally forced her to stop.
That breaking point led her into intensive childhood trauma healing work, where she began to truly listen to herself in a way she never had before.
Over time, she explored a wide range of modalities: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), polyvagal theory, Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy(AEDP), and somatic therapy.
Through this process, she discovered a deep fascination with the intricate connection between mind and body.
